AI coaching for leadership teams
AI decisions rarely belong to one person. The CEO sets direction, finance asks about cost, operations worries about workflow and HR hears the fears. When each leader learns AI separately, the company ends up with different assumptions and mixed messages.
AI coaching for leadership teams brings your executives together with Chris Kovac to build a shared understanding and make decisions as a group. Sessions can include the whole leadership team, a few leaders working on one issue, or individual executives who need one-on-one time. Companies can buy one block of hours and share it across their executives through a company account, so each leader books the time they need from the same pool of hours.
Chris Kovac is co-founder and President of the Kansas City AI Club and has led more than 50 speaking engagements and workshops, from Fortune 100 keynotes to onsite training. He keeps group sessions practical and free of jargon, so every leader leaves with the same understanding and the same next steps.
Every session is a la carte. Book this topic on its own or combine it with other topics in the same session or block of hours. There is no program to join and no required order.

Frequently asked questions
How do company accounts work?
A company buys a block of hours once. Executives are invited to the company account and book sessions from the shared balance, one-on-one or as a group. The buyer can see how the hours are used.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, for 90-minute and 2-hour sessions in the Kansas City area. 60-minute sessions are virtual only, and every session length is available on Zoom anywhere in the United States.
How many people can join a group session?
Sessions work best for a small leadership group. If you are planning something larger, such as a workshop, use the Contact page to discuss it.
Are individual conversations kept private?
Each executive's session summary goes to that executive. Sharing a summary with the company buyer is the executive's choice.
