Who we are
kovac.ai is a dba of Kovac Digital LLC, 4741 Central St., Ste. 1800, Kansas City, MO 64112. Contact: chris@kovac.ai.
What we collect
The details you enter in the booking form (name, title, organization, work email, phone, organization size, coaching focus); your coaching purchases, credit balance and session history; basic technical data needed to run the site (such as IP address for spam and rate-limit protection).
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Scheduling
Sessions are booked through Calendly, which receives your name, email and chosen time.
How we use it
To deliver and schedule coaching, manage your credits, send receipts and service emails, and respond to you. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Only with the service providers that run the site and process payments and scheduling (hosting and database, Stripe, Calendly, our email provider), and when required by law.
Retention
We keep account and purchase records as long as needed for the coaching relationship and for tax and accounting obligations.
Your choices
