Finding quick-win AI use cases
The hardest part of AI is often knowing where to start. Big transformation plans stall, while small, visible wins build momentum. A sales team that cuts the time spent on proposals, or a finance team that closes the month faster, does more for AI adoption than any memo.
Quick-win AI coaching helps business owners and executives find practical use cases across departments that show results quickly. With Chris Kovac, you look at where time and money go in your business today, pick the opportunities with the best return for the least effort, and plan how to launch, measure and share them. Recognizing the people who find successful use cases is part of the plan, because enthusiasm spreads faster than mandates.
Chris Kovac has helped organizations across a range of industries and levels of AI readiness find these wins since 2023. He brings patterns from that work into your session, so you benefit from approaches that have already succeeded elsewhere, without anyone else's names or details.
Every session is a la carte. Book this topic on its own or combine it with other topics in the same session or block of hours. There is no program to join and no required order.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a quick win?
A use case your team can start within weeks, using tools you already have or can adopt easily, with a result people can see, such as time saved or faster turnaround.
How do we measure AI ROI?
Start simple: time spent before and after, tool costs and quality of output. Coaching helps you decide who owns tracking and which measures matter for your business.
Should we sort out governance first?
It depends on your data and your industry. Some companies need basic guardrails before any rollout. If that applies to you, AI governance coaching can come first, or both topics can share a session.
Do quick wins replace a strategy?
No. They complement it. Early results build confidence and teach you what works, which makes a longer-term roadmap more realistic.
What if our first use case does not work?
That is normal and useful. A pilot that misses teaches you what to adjust. The plan we build includes how to evaluate results honestly and decide whether to fix, expand or drop a use case.
