Executive AI coaching
Executive AI coaching gives you dedicated time with Chris Kovac to build your own AI fluency, work through real decisions and get straight answers as the technology changes. It is built for CEOs, C-suite leaders and business owners who need to lead AI adoption without becoming practitioners. Sessions run in person in Kansas City or virtually, for individual leaders or full leadership teams.
Your board, employees and customers expect you to have a point of view on AI. Coaching helps you form one on your schedule, using your own work. You leave each session with clearer decisions on budget, vendors, risk and priorities, hands-on time with the tools, and a plan for bringing your people along.
Chris spent 30 years in marketing and technology and started as an AI skeptic. He put AI to work inside a business he ran before advising anyone else, so the coaching is practical, plain-spoken and honest about what AI does well and where it falls short. Recommendations are based on what your business needs, not on any platform.

1 credit equals 1 hour. Blocks work for any session length, one-on-one or with your leadership team.

Payment terms
- Payment is due in full at purchase.
- 1 credit equals 1 hour of coaching; a 90-minute session uses 1.5 credits.
- Credits are valid for 180 days from purchase.
- Reschedule any session at no charge.
- Cancel more than 48 hours before a session and your credits are returned in full. Cancellations within 48 hours, including sessions rescheduled inside that window, carry a 50% fee.
- Missed sessions use the full session's credits.
- Credits are non-refundable, but unused credits can be applied to another kovac.ai engagement.
