Services
Executive AI coaching sessions delivered by Chris Kovac, in person in the Kansas City area or by video.
Purchases and credits
Payment is due in full at purchase. Each purchase adds credits at 1 credit per hour of coaching. A 60-minute session uses 1 credit, 90 minutes uses 1.5 and 2 hours uses 2.
Expiration
Credits are valid for 180 days from the purchase date.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled at no charge.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 48 hours before a session and its credits are returned in full. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time, including sessions that were rescheduled inside that window, carry a 50% fee, and half of the session's credits are used. If kovac.ai cancels a session, all of its credits are returned.
Missed sessions
A missed session uses its full credits.
Refunds
Credits are non-refundable. Unused credits can be applied to another kovac.ai engagement for the same client.
Nature of the service
Coaching provides education and perspective; decisions and their outcomes remain the client's responsibility. Nothing in coaching is legal, financial or tax advice.
Confidentiality
We keep what you share in sessions confidential and do not record sessions without your permission.
