My clients span a wide range of company sizes and industries, and I work with whole teams and one-on-one with owners, executives and professionals.
Before every session, you fill out a short survey so I know what's on your plate and we can hit the ground running. After the session, you get a transcript and written summary within one business day, plus an action plan for sessions of 90 minutes or more. We can meet on Zoom or in person in the Kansas City area. My job is to give you honest, practical advice based on what your business needs, not what a vendor is selling, so you leave with next steps you can put to work right away.
About Chris
I'm Chris Kovac. For more than 25 years I've worked in digital and marketing technology with brands like Hallmark, 3M, Microsoft and Sprint, plus many fast-growth companies, helping them turn new technology into business results. Along the way I've spoken around the country on digital strategy, social media, startups and AI.
When I started my AI journey in late 2022, I was a skeptic, to say the least. Then we put AI to work in our family business, and I saw firsthand how practical and meaningful the impact could be. In February 2023, I launched kovac.ai to help companies and executives take a human-first approach to solving real business problems with AI. Today I lead tailored executive and team coaching and consulting, current-state assessments, AI strategy, implementation roadmaps and more.
In 2023 I also co-founded the Kansas City AI Club, now one of the largest AI-focused professional communities in the country. Since then, I've delivered 50+ workshops, keynotes and training sessions for organizations ranging from a Fortune 100 financial services firm to professional associations, international companies and fast-growth brands. My work has been featured on KCUR (NPR), KSHB 41, the Kansas City Business Journal, Startland News and more.
